01. Use in the Shower: Escape tension with each inhale
Bring Soothe to the shower for fast, easy tension release. Add a few drops of Soothe to a damp face cloth to use while you soak up the negative ions produced by your shower stream.
02. Apply Topically: Ease headaches with a roller
Make a topical application to depend on when headaches develop. Add 2 drops of Soothe to 10ML of your favourite carrier oil and pour into a roller. Roll across your forehead when you feel the familiar onset of a headache.
03. Create a Lotion: Relief muscle aches and joint discomfort
Seek relief with the cooling and anti-inflammatory qualities of Soothe. Gently combine 10-15 drops of Soothe into 2 tbsp of your favourite unscented lotion, and apply to sore muscles and joints.
