The perfect compromise when your sleeping partner isn’t a fan of electric diffusers. Simply add a drop of River to a cotton ball or piece of fabric and tuck it inside your pillowcase to help you ease into a good night’s sleep.
02. Spritz Relaxation: Curl up with River
Welcome relaxation with a gorgeous linen spray. Mix 20 drops of River with 1 oz of alcohol-free witch hazel and 1 oz of distilled water and add to a 2 oz glass spritzer bottle. For larger bottles, use 10 drops of River for every 1 oz your container holds.
03. Envelope your Senses: Set the scene for a beautiful sleep
Add 2 drops of River to a sink or bowl full of hot water and lean in, covering your head with a cloth or towel. Inhale deeply for a few minutes as part of your bedtime routine.
