Live in Perfect Balance:

Add 5-10 drops of harmony essential oil to your diffuser, depending upon your preference in your diffuser of choice

Reconnect with Nature:

Dilute harmony essential oil with a carrier oil such as coconut, jojoba, or almond oil, following proper dilution ratios.

Beyond the Diffuser

01. An Uplifting Spritz: Achieve balance with a simple spritz
Harmony is a perfect blend for use as a room or a body spray. Add 20 drops of Harmony, 2 oz of distilled water to a glass spritzer bottle. For larger spritz bottles, use 10 drops of Harmony for every 1 oz in your bottle.
02. Apply Topically: Ease cramps and boost your mood
Harness the balancing power of Clary Sage and mood-boosting energy of citrus oils to help relieve menstrual discomfort. Mix 2-4 drops of Harmony with 10ML of your favourite carrier oil and pour into a roller bottle. Roll over your lower abdomen as needed.
03. A Fresh Soak: Bring Harmony to a hot bath
Bring a bright yet balancing mood to your bath. In a bowl, mix several drops of Harmony into a cup of epsom salt and add to a hot bath. Store unused mix in an airtight glass container.
