Mix ½ cup of Epsom salts with 10-15 drops of grapefruit oil and add it to your bathwater. Soak in the bath for 15-20 minutes to unwind and de-stress.
02. Create a Scrub: A Sour, Citrus Scrub
Make a revitalizing body scrub with three simple, natural ingredients. Mix ½ cup of sugar or salt with ¼ cup of melted coconut oil and add 10-15 drops of grapefruit oil.
03. Hair Care: Add a Citrus Shine
Add 5-10 drops of grapefruit oil to your shampoo or conditioner and shake well to mix. Use as normal to help balance oil production and add shine to your hair.
