01. A Gentle Scrub: Reduce inflammation with a body scrub
Gently exfoliate and cleanse with a Bare body scrub. Use as is on wet skin, or coarse-grind 1 cup of Bare and combine with ½ cup of carrier oil to make a thick, easy-to-apply traditional scrub that’s safe to apply to your face as well.
02. Soak your Hands: Soothe and hydrate dry hands
Your hands work hard all day and dry out quickly. Treat your hands to a daily or weekly hand soak to lock in hydration. Mix ¼ cup of Bare in a basin of warm water and let those hands drink for 10-15 minutes.
03. Get the Softest Feet: Treat thirsty feet and cracked heels
Oats and honey naturally lend themselves to soothing and healing dry, cracked skin. Make a footbath by adding ½ cup of Bare to a large basin of water and stir to dissolve. Soak feet for 15-30 minutes daily or weekly.
